Patrick launched his real estate career in 2007 and has since established himself as a top-performing broker, with more than $150 million in land and home sales. His business is built on repeat clients and referrals—a reflection of the trust he earns through every transaction.

Early in his career, Patrick developed a passion for real estate investing. He has extensive experience across land acquisitions, rental properties, construction, and development projects throughout North Carolina, from the coast to the Triangle and into the mountains. In addition to his broker’s license, he holds a North Carolina General Contractor’s License and occasionally builds homes, further strengthening his hands-on expertise.

value and aligning strategy with his clients’ goals.

Patrick has called Wilmington, North Carolina home since 2014, where he lives with his wife, Erin, their son, William, and their dog, Boone. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him at his son’s sporting events, fishing the inshore waters, or traveling—often to the North Carolina mountains.
