Thomas Rudd is a Land Specialist and licensed Broker with Mast Realty, Inc. He is also the owner and operator of Rudd Forestry, PLLC, a forestry consulting firm serving landowners throughout North Carolina and Virginia. Thomas grew up on a cattle farm in Caswell County and graduated from NC State University with a bachelor's degree in Forest Management.

Thomas brings over 15 years of experience as a consulting forester with certifications including registered forester, certified arborist, and NC Tree Farm Inspector. He has a deep understanding of timber value, stand health, and long-term land productivity. expertise that provides valuable insight for landowners looking to buy or sell timberland and rural property.

Thomas' primary focus is helping landowners meet their long-term goals for their land. He is passionate about the conservation of rural land and volunteers with the North Carolina Tree Farm Program. When he's not working, Thomas is still outside—hiking the mountains with his wife and two daughters, fishing, shooting, trail running, biking, surfing, and working on his family’s farm in Caswell County.
